Food for thought As personal injury lawyers, we are always looking to the future to see how changes in the law and in certain trends around the world may affect us. So imagine how stunned we were to learn that self driving cars are set to take over the roads in the not too distant future. Fair enough, we haven't seen one in Middlesbrough yet, but it got us thinking - just how would we determine liability in accidents involving self-driving cars? Would it be the fault of: The manufacturer The software developer The owner/operator It really is food for thought!
