Nicola Trow
Nicola joined Atha & Co in 2025 having previously represented Defendants since qualifying in 2013. She deals with all types of personal injury claims as well as medical negligence claims. She assists aspiring lawyers by providing mentoring services with GROW Mentoring, a charity aiming to advance social mobility, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
She is proud to have been brought up in the local area, is married with children and lives locally. Her time outside of work is mostly taken up by happily standing around football or rugby pitches watching her children take part in their hobbies or by coaching teams at a local netball club. She also regularly attends the Riverside to watch Middlesbrough F C with her family.
