Martin Demoily
Martin is a Director and Company Secretary of Atha & Co. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. Martin holds a Masters Degree (LLM) in Medical Law and Ethics (Distinction). He is an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator. He is also a member of a local Authority Schools Admissions Appeal Panel and former Trustee to a Multi Academy Trust.
He specialises in Personal Injury law of all types including Medical and Professional Negligence. He also possesses a working knowledge of Education Law and holds an advanced certificate in special educational needs and disability (SEND) Law.
Brought up in the area, Martin strongly believes that the needs of local people should be met by local firms. He is married with children and lives locally. His hobbies include golf and cycling. He has an interest in various martial arts and is the proud owner of a Middlesbrough F.C season ticket.
