You only need to search “what is my accident claim worth” to see quite how many law firms subscribe to putting “compensation calculators” on their website to lure you in.
THERE ARE TOO MANY VARIABLES:
· Loss of past earnings
· Loss of future earnings
· The actual effect of the injury on you
· How this will affect your day to day life?
· Will you need adaptations to home and car?
· Will you need paid care in the future?
Compensation Calculators don’t take any of these into account.
